Angel Locsin! The First Brave Celebrity That Visited Evacuation Center For Marawi Refugees!

Angel Locsin is one of the famous celebrity here in our country. She played a lot of roles in her celebrity career. Recently, she paid a visit on Marawi refugees in an evacuation center.

Angel Locsin is a known great actress in local showbiz scene. She first showed up as a teen on GMA's show Click in 2002. But what really made her to the top was her role in Mars Ravelo's Darna where she played as the Pinay superheroine. Because of her beauty and figure, she also became FHM's sexiest woman in 2005. However, Angel is not just by her looks. On Thursday, she paid a visit on the refugees from the Marawi because of the current incident that is happening there. She visited the evacuation center in Ma'Had Alnot Al-Islaime, Block 8, Purok 5A, Ceanuri Subdivision in Tomas Cabili, Iligan City.

Filipino Producer and rumored boyfriend of the Actress Neil Arce posted a photo on instagram showing Angel's identification card as a Mindanao volunteer for the Talk Group Emergency Preparedness Response with a caption "You don't need to wear a costume to be a superhero 🙂."

This is not the first time the actress showed up in Mindanao, two years ago she also goes to mindanao and protested regarding the brutal shooting of two Lumad leaders and their company in Lianga, Surigao del Sur. Her social media post back then contained the hashtag #StopLumadKillings. Her concern about Marawi comes from the fact that she comes from Muslim royal family in Marawi City in the province of Lanao del Sur. According to ABS-CBN, her mother was adopted by Muslim princess in Marawi City.
"Ngayon, nagkikita-kita pa din kami ng mga pinsan-pinsanan ko. Yung pinaka-lolo ko po ay nasa Marawi," Angel said.

Whatever the reason why she is visiting, this shows up that angel was a good person and doing good deed for the entire country. She is the first ever celebrity to visit the Marawi residents despite of having crisis over there.
