When he shine throughout his basketball skills in high school days, he was only offered scholarships from small schools such as Davidson, VCU and Winthrop). This is because Stephen Curry only reached 6'0 at that time and only weigh 160 pounds. (he is now 6'3 and 190). He chose Davidson, and in his freshman year, he finished second in scoring (behind Kevin Durant).
